It’s all about the beach, isn’t it?  If you have been to Crescent Beach on Siesta Key you already know why it is consistently rated one of the top ten beaches in the world!  When you stay at one of our Beachwalk Luxury Townhouses, the powdery white sands of Crescent Beach are just across the street. 

These Siesta Key Beachwalk Townhouses were built in 2000 so you know that everything is updated.  The townhouses were built for the guest who wants it all…a view of the beach and all the amenities of home – or even more! 

We are located at the northern end of the Siesta Key public beach so you will be very close to a refreshment stand, a small shop selling souvenirs and t-shirts as well as bathrooms and showers.  The Siesta Key public beach area also features public tennis courts and sand volleyball courts.  There are lifeguards on duty during limited hours.

As you approach Beachwalk you will be impressed by the size of the building towering up three stories.  This is important because it gives you a beach view even from across the street. The grounds at Beachwalk are covered with lush tropical landscaping.  Our units at Beachwalk offer more than 1800 square feet of living space so there is plenty of room for everyone.  The two-car garage is a nice touch to keep your car out of the rain and sun.  Your private elevator with service from the garage to the second and third floors is great for getting all those suitcases and groceries up to your living area.  

The gourmet cook will appreciate the up-to-date kitchen appliances including a smooth top stove with built in microwave, refrigerator with through-the-door ice and water, dishwasher, in sink disposal, and dishwasher.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils you might need.  There is plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare a feast or just an afternoon snack.  Everyone will be comfortable around the dining room table that seats six and an additional table that seats four.  There are also plenty of windows to give the kitchen and dining room a lot of light.

The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs, love seat and sofa.  Cable TV (with large flat panel LCD HD TV's) brings you more channels than you could possibly need on vacation.  We have also supplied a DVD with a variety of movies and a stereo with a nice selection of music CD’s.  Just off the living room there is a balcony that looks out over the back yard to the beach.  On this level of your luxury townhouse you will also find a half bath and a full size washer and dryer!

On the top floor, the master suite faces the beach.  The master has a king size bed and walk-in closet but the best part is the bathroom.  In addition to a roomy shower there is a corner whirlpool tub that is big enough for two!  The second bedroom features a queen size bed and another walk-in closet.  The third bedroom has two twin beds.

These Siesta Key Beachwalk Luxury Townhouses comes equipped with a private pool reserved exclusively for the guests at the four Beachwalk units.  You will also find a propane grill nearby if you want to cook outside.

Your unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.  Daily maid service is not provided.

Sunnyside Properties on Siesta Key provides all your linens, beach towels, beach chairs, ice chests, beach umbrellas and even a wagon to help you take all your toys across the street to the beach.  You will also find games for the kids, including an XBox console and games (unit A), as well as board games and puzzles.  We have taken great care to supply Beachwalk with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable success.
