Rental Policies

Payment Options:	Personal Check, MasterCard & Visa

Rental Period:	Weekly, Sunday-to-Sunday (call for shorter stays off-season)
Lodging Tax:	12%
Deposits:	A $200.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. A $200.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.
Other Fees:	Rental rates are based on 6 person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person.
Other Policies:	All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
