Rental rates are based on 4 person
occupancy for two bedroom. There is a $70.00 per week charge for each
additional person.

A $300.00 deposit is
required to confirm a reservation.

Total rental charges
must be received 60 days prior to check-in.

A 60 day
cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund
of deposit. No
refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.

A $300.00 security
deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is
refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.

Dollars. We accept checks or money orders. Credit cards are
accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover &
American Express).

Check-in time is
4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m.

All persons under 25
years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

Management reserves
the right to assign another unit if necessary.
