These Siesta Key deluxe townhouse rentals are located in the heart of Siesta Village - just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants and only 1 1/2 blocks (it takes us three minutes to walk) to the world famous Siesta Key Crescent Beach! Relax by your private pool. These Siesta Key townhouses are equipped with amenities rarely found in a Siesta Key vacation rental -everything you need to make your stay memorable.

Seaside Villas has (2) one-bedroom units and (2) three bedroom units.

For larger groups, units can be combined to offer anything from one bedroom up to eight bedrooms - all in the same building!   Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas (see photo below) and larger groups can combine units in both buildings for up to fourteen bedrooms!

This Siesta Key vacation rental has a private pool. Tropical landscaping with a gas grill and patio furniture complete this vacation paradise. If you choose to visit the world famous Crescent Beach (only two short blocks) we have provided coolers, beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience.

Three bedroom Units

The three bedroom (2 1/2 baths) townhouse is spread out over two levels and has more than 1900 square feet of living space. The living room has two leather couches and a chair, 52" flat panel LCD HD TV, 5 disk CD player, receiver and DVD and a marble fireplace. We have even provided some movies, CD's, games and books to help you relax. The dining room table seats six. The kitchen is equipped with a Jenn-air cook top, through the door ice and water refrigerator, trash compactor, dishwasher and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a two person Jacuzzi tub and a flat panel LCD HD TV. There is also a full shower and a bidet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  The living room and all three bedrooms have cable TV's. There is a Nintendo Wii Game Console and some games for the kids (or the adults that act like kids). The townhouse is fully equipped with all linens, cooking utensils and a full size washer and dryer! These spacious units are truly equipped with more amenities than are normally found in any vacation rentals! 

One bedroom garden apartments

The one bedroom unit is a garden apartment, approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom look our over the pool.  The living room has a large flat panel LCD HD TV and DVD (with some movies) and a CD player (with some CD's).  The bedroom also has a flat panel LCD HDTV. We have even provided some games and books.  These units also have an xBox Game Consol. There is a sleeper sofa (or twin air mattresses) in the living room so that this unit can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your vacation!
