Welcome to our website.  See below for various information regarding booking a vacation rental with us.

Rates: Search for the dates and unit type to see the rates for the period you’re interested in.  (Rates quoted are cash price)  All rates quoted in USD.
Payment Terms: A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. (Rates quoted are cash price based on balance being paid by check.  Option to pay balance by credit card is available.)
Payment Options: Personal Check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa
Lodging Tax/Fee:

13% (7% state, 5% county, 1% processing)

Check In:

4:00 p.m.

Check Out:

9:00 a.m.

Rental
Period:

Normally; Weekly, Saturday-to-Saturday (contact us for shorter stays off-season)

Cancellation Policy:  A full refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) will be made for any cancellations made in writing with at least 60 days notice.  There are no refunds for cancellation with less than 60 days prior to arrival.  Note: see below for trip cancellation information.
Trip Insurance: We offer a couple of a couple of options for Trip Cancellation & Travel insurance, including one that provides Trip Cancellation for Any Reason.  You will have the option of purchasing this protection during the booking checkout process.  Click Here for additional information.
Security Deposit: We do not normally require a security deposit; Your credit card will be kept on file in lieu of a security deposit
Pool Heat: Pool heated during Winter months – no charge
Other Policies:

All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
